Jerry Fuller, a very talented producer at Columbia Records, called me to work on a project for Mark Lindsay of Paul Revere and the Raiders fame. It was the start of a long and very musical relationship between Jerry, Mark and myself. We had a great run together. “Indian Reservation” was one of the records we made. Mark had a very commercial sound and really knew his way around a lyric. Jerry was a real pro in the studio. He knew what he wanted and was always great to work with.
