I have known Regis Philbin since 1968 when I made an album with him called “It’s Time For Regis.” Back then he was the sidekick on the old Joey Bishop TV show kind of like Ed Mc Mahon was on the Johnny Carson Show. I remember when we made this album we had nothing but fun. Show business is an amazing business. Who knew that Regis would become the huge TV star that he did. All I can say is that it could not have happened to a nicer guy. This picture was taken at CBS Studios in Los Angeles in 2014.
